Can I return an item?
If you feel that you have cause to return an item you must let me know by email BEFORE you mail it. Based on the reason you are wanting to return the item, a refund will be offered and you will be given a return number to mail back with your item.
What if I get an item that is broken?
If an item is damaged in shipping then it is up to you to file a claim through the post office. I always recommend insurance. If it is an item that just arrived not working email me and I will arrange for return or exchange. I include tracking FREE of charge on every item I ship in the US so that I can let you know where it is and should it get loset in the mail a claim can be filed with the post office.
How much is the shipping?
I use United States Postal Service for the majority of my shipping. For very large packages I use UPS. The price depends on the weight and method it is shipped.
